I am a proud United States Marine Corps veteran originally from Laurel, Mississippi. After serving my country in the Marine Corps, I settled in Jacksonville, North Carolina, where I began my career in the electrical trade with a local electrical company. While gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field, I attended Coastal Carolina Community College to study electrical wiring and further strengthen my technical expertise. As my experience and leadership skills grew, I relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina, where I served as a supervisor, leading crews and overseeing residential electrical projects. After a year in Wilmington, I returned to the Jacksonville area to continue working in the trade and serving the community I had come to call home. With years of residential electrical experience, field leadership, and a work ethic shaped by my time in the United States Marine Corps, I founded Blackbeard Electric with a simple mission: to provide honest, dependable electrical work and take pride in doing every job the right way.
